Free return of products in good condition within 30 days. Please do not return the products if you have caused broken, not factory quality issues. Typically, there are extra accessories in the package.
Under the warranty years, especially for oversized items in the future, such as sofas, beds, etc., the factory will replace defective parts and expensive small items. If something unusual happens, we will deliver the product to you in the next shipment. Suppose you have minor area issues under warranty years, such as broken faux diamonds or materials. In that case, we will contact factories and send materials to you to fix the minor problem in the next shipment. We will remove the products from our website if quality issues happen so many times with the same supplier, because we take quality products seriously. Please check warranty years on the website. Each factory has different warranty years.
